Are you spending hours a day clicking away for credits with poor results?
If you’re spending hours a day clicking for credits and seeing little to no results
you're not alone. Many Internet Marketers rely heavily on free traffic to promote their
"Primary Opportunity" and this is the main reason for the poor results.
You can expect poor results when sending free traffic to an affiliate site that is not designed to capture leads. Before we get into "What makes Manual Surfing Successful” we need to define manual surfing.
There are hundreds of traffic exchanges on the Internet that offer manual surfing. Here is how it works. You Join a free manual surfing company like Traffic Empire by filling out a form, verifying your email address, and logging into the member area.
To make sure that this goes smoothly we advise you to use an email address that is Internet Marketing Friendly. Most Marketing Companies do not allow AOL, Road Runner, MSN, and a few others. These ISP’s generally place All Internet Marketing Companies into the same category “ Junk Mail ”. Basically for your protection they will block these emails without your notification

So that you can start building your traffic down-line and earn hits to your site they will give you two URL's.
1. An affiliate URL that is used for promoting the Traffic Exchange. You actually earn hits / credits just for brining in new members! You will also earn credits from your traffic down-lines efforts! Every time someone in your down-line surfs you earn hits! You can see that building a solid down-line of active surfers will bring a continued flow of traffic to your website!
2. A surfing or "Start Page' URL. This is the URL that you use to earn credits with. Place the URL in your browser and wait until the timer tells you its ok to click the continue link. Don't join anything yet! We explain in detail in the following Chapters how to go about this process step by step.
Most manual surf exchanges will make you wait 20 - 30 seconds before giving you credit for viewing that page. Credit are what you are after because the more credits earned = more traffic to your page.
For every 2 sites you view someone will view your site once. This is called a 2:1 traffic ratio. Most traffic exchange companies use the 2:1 ratio. Later we explain in more detail what sites to promote in these surf exchanges and why.
