When you are one of hundreds or thousands of affiliates offering the same
product or service to the same people, you need to devise a plan to enable
you to overcome your competitors.

Every niche market on the internet is highly competitive. If it isn't, there just
isn't enough customer base to it to make it profitable to you. That's just the
nature of niche marketing and internet marketing in general.

Even having a large list of paying customers, even though that is good, is not enough. Why? Because there are always the up and coming marketers who
are out to build their own paying customer list and they are out to bring your
list into their own. That again is just the nature of the game.

This is why you need to make provisions to ensure your customers and
prospects buy from you and not from your competition. And how do you
do this? It can be summed up in one word.....Unique

You have to be unique. You have to set yourself apart from the rest of the
pack. Make your product or service offer different from what others are
offering. You have to give your customers a reason to buy from you and not
your competitors.

Remember this, there are hundreds if not thousands of other affiliates sending
out the same offers and they are probably sending alot of these same offers to
your own list, so how do you overcome this? You have to make your offer
more appealing to your customers, or your competitors may just get the sale
that you should have made.

There are several ways to be unique. One way is to become a recognized
leader or expert in your field for the product or service being sold. You not
only need to be visible, but credible also.

This is not easy to do, it takes some time and effort on your part, but it can be done.
